Returns Policy

We accept returns for a refund only in cases where critical mistakes are made on our part.

If the issue results from buyer-provided measurements or information, we will offer free alterations; however, returns for refund are not accepted for items that are custom made to the buyer’s own design and not part of our collections.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
• Costumes made to standard sizes are not eligible for refunds if they do not fit; they may only be returned for alteration.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Please declare the returned parcel as “returning goods” with a declared value of USD 25 to avoid import taxes.
