Shipping

Delivery time includes 2 stages:

      * Production stage: once your payment and your completed order form are received, we start making your costume(s). This stage normally takes around 2-3 weeks.

      * Shipping stage: when your order is done we will send it out by DHL express delivery service (www.dhl.com) or Fedex express delivery service (www.fedex.com) with tracking number and signed for service. The order will be delivered to your door in around 3 – 5 days after sending out. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email address on the day we send out your order. So please keep tracking your email (even your spam email).

Import duties, tax and other administrative charge in buyer's country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
